Julia Espero is a Filipina-American based in Maui. She has a B.A. in Urban Studies from Stanford University with a specialization in society and social change. At Stanford, she studied French, design, and took Renaissance art-style classes drawing cadavers at the Medical School. After Stanford, she studied graphic design with Shillington, an Australian-designed graphic design school in NYC. She’s a lifelong learner and believes in liberating and sharing information freely online and in person. Jules seeks to inspire young students, especially young women, to “take the wheel” of their education and explore the topics that light their hearts on fire. She’s forever an optimist and believes that individuals have the power to create the change they wish to see in their lives and the world.
